I don't think you understand the subtleties of the con game they play.
profitability? sure they had 800k profits, but it cost them $2M operating cost to make it. so the key is operating profitability which they admit they don't have. And the total loss for the Q was $4M so the other $2M was admin costs not directly related to sales and therefore not listed in operating cost. That's the way I read it, but I'm not an accountant.
So bizrite did NOT have operating profitability it appears as a private company, so why would they have it in a public company?

Now They are 'expecting' , not 'predicting' operating profitability for their year 2019, a year which has not even STARTED. .
