on the Tuesday August 7, 2018 close, the RSP daily chart shows a higher
RSP price high while the daily PMO for RSP continues to remain
below its June 2018 PMO high by a large margin

this could take some time to resolve by:

the PMO continuing to rise,
OR
by RSP and SPY price action eventually moving to the downside
