Right now is exactly the right time to buy CHK share. Ten reasons why.
CHK undervalued stock.
 1 Chesapeak Energy was able to produce high profits in q2 2018, with its current debt, cheap natural gas and less revenues.
2 With its oil price at less than $ 20 and a giagiant debt was able to survive after 2016 oil and natural gas price colapse.
3 Chesapeak's strategy is taking advantage of this historical moment to produce more oil to make a better and strong products basket.
4 Chesapeake Energy planned to produce more with fewer oil fields and less debt. LESS COSTS MORE PROFITS.

5 Due to its properties it had the hability to survive the serious crisis of 2014, 2015 and 2016, when oil and natural gas prices plummeted, having to pay a too high debt.
6 It had the need to produce increasingly cheaper to survive, this is a great advantage right now.
7 Any future natural gas price raise will lead it to get profits never seen before.
8 From Utica shale sale on Chesapeake debt will be very easy to pay and to have enough money to get the ambitious goals establish in q2 2018 conference.
9 Short sellers are desperated recovering the shorts since q1 2018.

10 Chesapeak Energy CEO is not marking magic since Total Property and Equipment, Net $10.850 millions which results from Total Property and Equipment at Cost $75.024 millons less Acumulated depreciation, depletion and amortization $64.185 millions according with the information in page 3 of the FORM 10-Q filed in August 01, 2018 (Period June 30,2018). There must be more real capital than in a simple book.
Conclusion: CHK share price looks like to have only an alternative that is to raise every year from then on. Insanely Cheap.
