you are confused between accumulation and dilution,when stock gets dumped longs scream accumulation,it is dilution and per S1 more shares will need to get issued as the price drops lower...this could see no bid easily

no one is desperate on this play it is,just S1 dudes dumping shares to crash the price,you know they usually short the stock before they get these kind a deals from POS management(even management itself is short together with them)shareholders are always last and collateral damage
