Technically oversold.

regarding the lawsuits
well, this company is just diluting shares and as fars I know, share dilution isn't a crime.

I doubt anyone is shorting this stock. it's just Boone selling the shares for cash or taking a loss.

shares are WORTHLESS so don't know why Boone would want shares rather than bonds?????
