Frederick Bauman does all sorts of legal work for all sorts of public securities (attorney letters, SEC registration statements, OTC compliance, etc).

He is listed as legal counsel for at least 46 different Issuers on OTC markets:

Bauman was hired by SLSX to help the old owners fight against the hijacking of their shell. That's it. No reason at this point for anybody to read any more into it.

People that want to pump his involvement in SLNX as something more than it is should go out and buy stock in all the other 46+ Issuers that don't involve Arcaro/DeNunzio/Moody that have hired Bauman for various services.

The old owners of the SLSX let the shell waste away to nothing once before so there is a chance the same thing will happen again. They may just let it slowly go back into default and then back into revoked status without ever doing any updates (news/filings) to the shell.

Also I think it is funny how the attempted hijacking of the SLSX shell by Rhonda Keaveney is described as a "Hostile Takeover" in the ibox, but when the Frederick Bauman group (Bauman/Joseph Arcaro/Thomas DeNunzio/Jeffrey DeNunzio/Paul Moody) tries to hijack a shell it is considered a good deed by many.
