Here is a brief history of what I know. In the mid nineties, James Grady Sr. started a produce company in Tamp/Jacksonville, FL. That company became another company called Snap-N-Sold. James Grady Sr. passed away and his son James Grady, headed the company. Snap-N-Sold evolved into two companies; MAX Media/MXMI and Hot Auto Web/HWBI. James Grady and his investors had foresight into web-based companies; MAX Media and Hot Auto Web. Hot Auto Web gave shareholders a ten-for-one forward split and the business became Gold Coast Minning Company/GDSM. Twitter was just getting started on social media. GDSM was marketed through Twitter pushing the stock to .034.At the same time, NSRS, another junior minning company, also rocketed to .055-.070 and held for more than six months and traded over 60 million shares a day. NSRS vanished.
GDSM became GRLF as a symbol change when marijuana became tradeable securities. Go figure, the company started as a produce company and is now a "weed" company. It's all GREENS folks!
I have had personal conversations with James Grady via SKYPE and on the phone. I have also talked with Micheal Shea. I have not spoken with Lovito or Canouse. I believe the conversations were truthful and genuine. Neither James nor Micheal have lied to me about anything.
I orginally invested in this company because of what Trump said "Buy something that you love and you might just win", so I bought a company that was based out of my home town, Jacksonville, FL, of which I love. I reside in Hawaii now and have since the nineties, but I'm still a "Jacksonville kid". LOL.
I personally do not think that the corporate entities of GRLF or any of its previous business models are corrupt. I do believe they are smart businessmen that continue to keep up with current trends in order to return value to their investors. They are just waiting like a cobra to strike so be patient. All I know is the long history that I have shared.
