Looks like a solid acquisition to me. Khiron appears to be looking seriously towards being massive players in this sector.

From a short term investing standpoint, it’s nice to see that only 30% of the funds (for the buyout) is coming from stock. And those shares are subject to a 2 year restriction it appears.

Overall, nice piece of news today.
