Bob, i think it's trader psychology, too. A lot of folks probably see the negative EPS figure last qtr and this qtr, and that's all they think about.

Also, we have people like Paideia who immediately dumped most or all of his position last week when the shareholder letter was released, thinking that PIOE would be "dead money" for at least another quarter.


We know that PIOE is a "special situation" type of play.
Not everyone will be able to fathom the "hidden treasure" here. And even if they fathom it, they may not have the inclination or patience to sit on their shares like a mother hen. They want to use the funds to be out "partying" like a carefree chick (sorry for that sexist metaphor) with their investment monies, finding quick-gaining swing trades.

But if RCP/PIOE does acquire part or all of an investment management co. to more quickly boost revenues, i think that will bring a lot more enthusiasm back in a hurry.

Plus we have Alpert & Webb's promise (hopefully fulfilled) that EBITDA will be over $5M / qtr toward end of year (e.g., Q4).
