It's not... the last 8k stated a settlement with AUCTUS for $20,000..instead of the $26,000 owed
It NEVER said paid off..
In the 8k with Power Up financial it stated paid off..
They were only owed $5,000..
EMA financial is still owed $64,000 ..that's a lot of shares
But there's still 2 private notes for over $500,000 that could be convertible debt..unknown at this time..
Got to read the wording and tweets,,,word for word..can't read or assume anything else..
