This happens way too often.

As often as it happens I'm surprised some people still fall for this sort of stuff.

It's funny people call the number on the PR at 949-309-8147 which is a California number but they don't even take the time to see that when AVVAA World Health Care Products was last active in 2014 it was located in Virginia and used the number 866-864-6598

Somebody named Mike Dal answers the phone and puts his name on the PR, but there was no Mike Dal involved in AVVH when it was last active in 2014

This Mike Dal person is still touting the business operations that AVVH abandoned 4 years ago.

That's laughable. And obvious proof that the PR is fake.


I'll try contacting Petonic Pet Supply Inc along with the SEC and FINRA. Maybe a fake buyout PR is enough for a quick suspension by the SEC.

But even if Petonic Pet Supply Inc replies that the news if fake there will still be people that will think it is real. That's just how the penny stock world works.
