The REAL problem here is the dilution..no matter if they merged with Netflix Biscardi would be selling shares into any run and increasing Authorized shares..,..when the run stalls and price stabilizes..he keeps unloading shares.. IF that would quit ,,might could get somewhere..but in the past 9 months he hasn't quit..why stop now..??
