The Status report was filled on 8/3/18, check the court case. It must have not posted before the judge looked at it because of the weekend, so it won’t get reviewed until 8/27/18, but it’s sitting there waiting to be looked at. I’ll be buying more over the next three weeks if the price keeps dropping. The panicked sellers will regret it when they find out the RM is real, because Chen didn’t spend the tens of thousands needed to take custodianship just to abandon it. It’s just common sense.
