That "standard" is NOT an industry standard. Rather it is a Canadian law applicable (and available) only to Canadian Issuers, as it requires the report to be filed with, and reviewed by, Canadian regulators. Something that MXSG cannot do.
And there is no such thing as an "NI 43-101 report". It is a law covering all Canadian issuers involved in the mineral industry, not a specific report, so all mineral related documents and communications with the public have to be compliant with the law. Not just one report.
