Pump & Dump Cycles on ARCI Stock

Has anyone else been monitoring the smaller "P&D" Activity that seems to be occuring on a regular basis? The last several months, I constantly am seeing the same kinds of patterns were early on in the trading sessions a block of stock gets bought and then the price spikes in a small narrow range then usually as the price starts to fall and recover there is a complimentary dump. Todays pattern was a buy of 10k shares and then a sale of 12K. I dont have the Level 2 data to identify where these trades came from.
