BioAmber was never meant to succeed , it was always meant to be a cash cow for a select few inside individuals. Terminating all of their operations staff and maintenance last Friday showed operation of the plant was never a first priority. The lying to shareholders and clients was nonstop look at the lawsuits pending now. Comerica Bank and The Govt of Canada are demanding their loans back. The preservation of the business is not for anyone, but the select few who are manipulating it. Employees were not payed owed termination benefits by law and long term employees were refused contract payouts. They breached there own employment contacts by failing to fulfill whats owed to many.
