Thanks for the information.

Since this is still a shell there is no reason for the share price to be elevated. However, if you believe as I do that a business is coming soon, than a low share price just gives one an opportunity to buy cheap shares.

As a shareholder I would be very happy if the stock isn't heavily shorted and if a business comes to the shell the share price would rise (or fall) on its merits alone.
