Why would any company buy Cytrx? You do realize Cytrx has been making statements and promises to investors for over 10 years that haven't amounted to any value for the average shareholder. The only real winner in this story is SK. He's been paid $1,000,000.00 a year for what??

This sad story will end when CYTR can't raise anymore cash and finally goes bankrupt.
