Well maybe, according to some we kept hearing they had no office space at Stewart. Now the article states we do. "It still rents space at the airport."
One of two things, either the intent is to continue or they are spending money to continue the so called scam. Mismanagement yes, scam no, IMO.
Looks highly unlikely, but.....there may be something we do not know going on for the continuation... sure, it is an outside chance but...
They can work a deal with Logistics perhaps, publish the financials which they have been trying to do... if one believes the PR.
If they file bankruptcy Logistics can kiss it goodbye, and Tony et al will face difficult times ahead legally. Their best choice is to continue to skin the cat. Just saying.
