if people that haven't seen the news yet finally see the PR...and they check out ATWT 1 week after the PR was released and see that the PR had Zero effect, or even negative effect on the PPS, do you think that person is going to be willing to make a big investment in ATWT?

I don't have enough experience to answer that question so maybe some of you more seasoned guys can provide an insight. Would you be willing to invest the time to perform a thorough DD under such circumstances or would you skip to the next stock that gets a boost when PR's are released?
