Self Dealing:

"Self-dealing is the conduct of a trustee, attorney, corporate officer, or other fiduciary that consists of taking advantage of his position in a transaction and acting in his own interests rather than in the interests of the beneficiaries of the trust, corporate shareholders, or his clients."

Recap: If I follow shells thought about the meeting. What comes to mind is a Shadow CEO @ Breathtec walks in the door to negotiate away our shares to a shell company where he also is the sitting CEO. Literally negotiating with himself. No Red Flags in that scenario folks! I know this is Pennyland, but there are laws still governing basic conduct.

Breathtec is an American company with American investors. We have legal standing in American Court of Law.

It's A Real Movie
