Cargill is a private company . So it wouldn't be a stock deal . They would have too pay off 70+ million in debt .And make a cash offer to buyout shareholders . What kind of offer do you think they would make to a bunch of penny flippers ? And let's not forget those darn NOLs that the pumpers claim are so valuable. Poof they are gone . Just like the are gone in liquidation.
