Is it legal for the company to post fake news on many websites? What makes you believe the company does get US Army contract? I am a bag holder, did not believe a company would lie for such serious issue. But after read more abut the company, start to question the contract. It seems to me government agency only sign contract with regular companies in good condition. This company need to do too much to meet basic requirements.

Do you have reliable information about whether the company has a 1,5 million contract or not?
