Give me some time - some of us work a full time occupation and are still at the office. That being said - I think your questions have not only beenansnwred in my prior hundreds of posts of DD- It would behoove you to realize two things :
1- I have stated for nearly 8 months - that in my opinion- Brickner will NOT have anything to do with the new management and company/conglomerate coming into $STSC. I STAND BY THAT OPINION- evenmoreso today.
2- It is my opinion - that enough due diligence exists via filings and disclosures connecting Nick Brown to Steven Brickner and my focus here is on eho and what HCH service Corp LLC is and therefore - the conglomerate of FIRSTCANNA- companies - PHARMA, INSURANCE and FINANCIAL.
I believe the aforementioned answer is already suffice but I will oblige and take this further for you.
AS you clearly agree that Brickner via OmniElite appears like a PLACEMENT company— put in to protect a large PRIVATE ENTITY (if HCH) is very likely to already amass tens of millions in revenues annually and don’t need to public nonsense yet that comes with deals not fully consummated after financial accounting diligence is performed. Since we established that seed to sale dispensaries can go public directly - they would need a SERVICE Corp - and that’s exactly what is already proven that BROWN and SALINI created.
Frankly- all the company has to do is continue to be transparent via filings and disclosures. Since we last spoke on this - they have issued almost every Financial and disclosure to go current. They have gotttennevery company involved - the FirstCanna companies out of Deleware - all current and foreign corps for profit in Florida effective April 2018 with new registered agent HCH service corp
I’m very content- as you can see by my demeanor- to gladly take my chances here with my investment - that this is a MMJ conglomerate focused on the service aspects of the burgeoning industry and DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO GUYS LIKE BROWN- and not to guys like a Brickner - at all.
I will not be able to prove that until the same time YOU will. That’s the beauty of speculation and due diligence. I also like how despite the nonsense - only 3’milions shares trade last two sessions. Thsts a clear indicator more AGREE WITH MY DUE DILIGNECE opinions. Right now - I believe that my due diligence is CORRECT- never said 100%- but it’s defintrlyncorreslted to the Princeton radiate connection and the folks over at University of Toledo via companies including (but not limited too) your insurance group, inc. - clearly working on High Country Healing via OmniElite and his role as an independent at the pretty darn large company - Your Insurance Group- on his LinkedIn - that was recently updated last few months.
Im not interested in wasting my time or your time- so I’m resigned to disagree or agree- but I don’t want Brickner involved with this at ALL- and I believe he is NOT. I want folks who are well fetuses in this industry and are industry leaders or recognizable. IT IS MY OPINION- that through countless hours of DD- that’s exactly what’s in store for shareholders here at $STSC.
This has been market order attacked two sessions in a row and it’s now even more extremely undervalued ESPECIALLY IF WE ARE ABLE TO PROVE WHAT IS COMING IN- and that’s why I mnglied to SSC Edgar, the otc markets page and the Firstcanna pharma website. I imagine - if you researched high country healing and THOSE PLAYERS INVOLVED- you would agree with any notion that that would be a major validation for shareholders of this almost CURRENT stock comoany.
