Didn't really find anything revealing but did find a couple of things worth highlighting.

In addition, demand for clinically proven premium products and patient specific devices are expected to continue to positively affect sales growth in markets that recognize the value of these advanced technologies. 

Demand for CLINICALLY PROVEN PREMIUM products will increase their sales growth in markets that VALUE improved outcomes.

  and Asia Pacific, which is comprised primarily of Japan, China and Australia and includes other Asian and Pacific markets.  The product category operating segments are Spine, less Asia Pacific;

Zimmer Asian Pacific markets are mainly Japan, China, & Australia.
Zimmer does NOT currently sell spine products in the Asian Pacific market, or if they do its negligible that they do not include it in that category.
Zimmer primary markets are the same markets Amedica has cleared or pending and Zimmer is not represented well in this markets for spine based products. Must be serendipity that Amedica and Zimmer fit so perfectly together here.
