I disagree - Deal for NASH could have been decided April 4th 2018

Maybe the deal had guideline to be approved if certain things were achieved, meaning NASH had to do a Private Placement and gain Working Capital Which BTH should gain the Working Capital If 51% of BTH Shareholders protecting their BTH Hold or Investment

JMO - Until its completed, us little shareholders, (less than 50%), until completed us little guys will not know what the Insiders (over 50%) must know (I see no sell-off @ these Levels)
