and according to the filings he gives himself $10k a month salary and nothing to make income for this kumpany....but what 10 billion authorized shares?? that's just to cover the toxic loans! that's why he increased the a.s last year in oct 2017 to over a billion....because he didn't have enough to cover that toxic loans coming thru.....now theres toxic notes well into next year so he increased the a/s to 10 billionish
