Go private option at $6 with 30% borrowed leverage , then sell off software product group for equivalent of $3 , then manage out several years of litigation/license opportunities and yield total $50+ cash return on $4 of equity or more than 10x for Managemnt ( who would roll over their ownership) and the buyout investor team.
