Business is Business and it's unfinished my friends. The bottom line is Nash Pharmacueticals is not worth half the total outstanding shares of Breathtec, plus the mill in cash reserve, plus a V3/Beta 3 POC Handheld Breathalyzer & Desktop Unit. Give me a friggin break!

Nash Pharmacueticals only exists on paper, and just hired a CEO with some background in actual clinical trials. Beyond that they have done nothing of value for Breathtec shareholders to accept what management is effectively trying to steal away from your family. It's flat out thievery and Breathtec shareholders must wake up, stand up, and be counted!
