I believe that Jason was ordered by his legal counsel and IR team to say as little as possible until everything has been cleaned up and addressed.
We’ll all have the answers as soon as mid August and no later than the end of the month if they file late.
Personally, I think he is busting at the seams to release the hounds. His tweets and emails indicate as much.
Last weeks PR about the client implementation was just the beginning IMO.
