No reason.
The ones who are in it, are in it. The ones who are out are waiting for CAFC. No new investors are coming in, and nobody really wants to do anything till that decision.
Just illiquid stock, with no news, in a holding pattern waiting for a CAFC decision.
Go look back at July trading volumes day..only 2 days I believe we broke a 100k in shares traded. 7 days in July we traded at 10k or less and another couple of days didn't break 15k.

We get volume for 1 of two reasons right now.

Somebody trying to get out or somebody adding as dry powder comes available. No rhyme or reason at all. Just retails doing retail stuff.
