Other than havng filed on time, the monthly is not new news at this time for Breathtec. They don't get a pass. They still won't update the contact info and share count at The CSE website. CSE confirmed many months ago it's Breathtec's responsibility. Management won't even quickly tackle small but important tasks.

Hey tcm7...don't you find it curious the man of many words (Captain) will not weigh in on your voting rights concerns? This thing is not over my friend. Just know there are PP insiders on this and that board as well. It's painfully obvious at times. This is one of those times and definitely the most critical for common shareholders.
