My thoughts on two of the negative issues posted here.
First the lawsuit. - Not an issue to the long term viability of the company. I say this because of two reasons. Having been in corporate world and exec board meetings, companies have what is called E&O coverage as well as D&O coverage. In both cases they are for the purpose of mitigating damage from a lawsuit. Therefore if on the chance CLOK loses the suit damage is covered by the policies above. Business goes on.
