Dilution is a major cause of the price collapse, but so are the fundamentals of the business which promises (and spends) much but delivers nothing in terms of meaningful (and profitable) revenues. If our CEO canceled his $360,000 salary and millions of his free shares, I think the stock price could double in a day. The likelihood of that is about the same as WaterChain becoming the default platform for water project transactions.

The factoring was a total disgrace. I strongly suspect that another (massive) reverse split will happen in the next several months, unless the make-whole payments don't cripple us once and for all in the meantime.

<< Can only be dilution causing it. When that ends we should see a healthy rally. I just hope we don't see a reverse split. >>
