Nobody has inside info regarding the court staff availability, schedule, backlog, priority, and other activities. But one can reasonably assume with a high degree of confidence that the court had reached a verbal or an agreed to decision months ago, and it could be a 3-0, 0-3, 2-1 or 1-2 decision, and the decision is being written or the written opinion(s) is in the review stage.

The next two federal government holidays are 3rd Sept. Labor Day, and 8th Oct. Columbus Day. Let's hope the court will announce its decision before the Labor Day, or at latest before the Columbus Day.
