The "States Act" will be next and President Trump already said he supports and will sign the act, it is cosponsored by Dems and Reps and should pass as well. This will essentially deregulate MJ and allow the states to to make their own laws regarding MJ.

Daiello, olico and some others, have maintained regular communication with Bright Green's attorney, Jude Law throughout this Merger process. Based on olico's recent update from poster that communicated with Attorney on 7/27/18, I would expect to see Filings soon. Filings were anticipated sooner, however additional delays were experienced with FINRA.

7/27/18 update: "just spoke to Jude for GNCC So they needed to clarify with FINRA regarding Custodianship Authority to do certain actions. Said everything was submitted to them. Filings have been sent to OTCM. that pushes us to beginning of August"

Per communications with attorney, A TON of stuff "already filed" with FINRA/OTC Markets. Just waiting on FINRA.

Most importantly, according to attorney, this Merger is happening.
