As to what the company does, it presently does absolutely nothing. It cannot do anything since Madison Transfer tied up the books in an attempt to conceal all of the wrongdoing that's occurred. Moreover, the company is enjoined from issuing or transferring shares, etc. The New York litigation is delayed by Corey's attempt to intervene. Corey's actually seeking an injunction asking the Court to require that any transfer agent, now or in the future, be enjoined to issue shares to him at his whim. If Corey's allowed to join the litigation, resolution will be a long way off since Marco will have no choice but to drop the bomb on Corey and Paul by suing them for RICO and other things.
