This is the textbook action for Palatin. Leadership here is greedy, corrupt and extremely efficient at destroying any and all value for a retail shareholder. Spana and crew view the market as nothing more than an ATM and have never attempted to maxamize shareholder value. The has proven his inept management skills over 10 years of pathetic execution and countless dilutive events. This most recent action is just another example of his ability to destroy retail value.
