It doesn't matter how many deals they did in the past. The appellate court ruling decimated them and that is why they settled with Symantec for $65M right after guiding on multiple occasions that it was worth $500M. The court threw out their method of computing royalties at $8.50/user. That dropped their revenue projections (in reality) by a huge amount yet they keep quoting the $200M - $400M yet to be collected fairy-tale.

Patents are expiring and facing competent challenges. They are giving themselves huge cash bonuses and the CEO and CFO are selling big chunks of their stock. The gig is up.

As always... I reiterate they can make this look good on paper to the ignorant, but they are on the downside for revenue potential and unless and until they can book recurring revenue, this will continue drifting lower absent the manipulative events like paid promotions and buying back overvalued shares with corporate funds.
