So let’s see, if the ask has .0235 on it and otcx that scam artists is on the bid for .021 with his fake ass bid trying to raise the real bids. And if someone tries to hit the ask otcx with out even having a ask up can come in and steal those shares being bought off the ask not letting them go to cdel.. what kind of con scam game is this crap? This can’t be legal!?!
What’s the point of level 2 and watching what’s on the ask and bid when it can be manipulated in this manner.
otcx needs to get lost and have a class action law suit filed against them.
