Hey Blizz - I'm still around. I have been sending all the information to people who were contacts in the past. Lots of time on the phone. All I can do is put the information out there and the rest is up to them.

I think ImpactPPA is in that "twilight zone" type thing between hither and yon! There are some really big possibilities now and some things that can play out in large fashion for a number of years down the road and yet there are some boulders in the path to get there. This is not a done deal for ImpactPPA (and thus for WSTI) and a number of things have to go "right" from here. Unfortunately, we are again in that wait and see mode.

I can see you have been quite busy here on the board!
