Agreed. Wonder too if Triton announcement a pump n dump scheme. Seems no opportunity for a hostile take over, so would have to a friendly arrangement. Ted n Mitch gonna do that? Does not seem likely. But maybe? What about RedZone, and MoviePass Films and MoviePass Ventures, etc? So, no.
Plus Triton has limited funds. A lot of push from the Sarah Toy article. Advertising.
As to stock price, for a take over valuation would be a key consideration, less the stock price, other than Triton being better able to acquire stock at lower and lower prices. Yet Helios would then dilute like me crazy to counter the take over attempt, so stock price less relevant. It’s the valuation they’d be looking at.
