The female federal appeals court judge actually specifically told your last lawyers not to argue that a PLL being added has a bearing on infringement. Adding the PLL to stabilize the frequency means there is NO infringement. The frequency is stabilized and fixed while the 336 patent speaks of a relentlessly free running system with no control whatsoever. They will stamp this filthy patent troll out for good real quick! Companies like PTSC hurt tech development. In my opinion.
