Hey all, Can anyone tell me......... on my firstrade account under my history about my position in a company. this is under the description of my position

S/D: 5/25/2018

Now i purchased this stock back on 5/23/2018. so clearly i have had this position for months. 100,000 shares. all funds were settled and it shows on my held positions every day.... They are closed now and not on live chat either. im INPATIENT AS HECK!!!!!! dont want to wait.. PLEASE HELP
