I will believe it when I see it. Even if they were to win against a major company (which they will not IMHO) they would never collect. The case could be delayed and appealed for many many years. The company you mentioned will not even be around for many many years. It is a penny stock pump and dump and will eventually fade into nothingness just like the other pump and dump scams.
