Hello, BBfish, question: Why do you and others think that a buyout would most likely come after FDA approval. Wouldn't CTSO be a much cheaper purchase now and/or before FDA day? Especially when we're so close to breaking even, I don't see a downside for a bigger fish to make their offer before our stock prices increases by some multiple of x.

And a follow-up question - if some entity does make an offer for CTSO, is management obliged to make the shareholders aware of the specifics?
