Biscardi owns 5 BILLION shares to sell anytime and at any price.. those free shares they were awarded are to fool the naive into thinking they bought..even tweeted " insiders buying" but as per the filing they didn't buy at all..
Kool aide is strong here..dilution is real and about to get worse..as the authorized share count keeps growing as well as the outstanding..merger means nothing but more dilution..BISCARDI is the real winner here..making hundreds of thousands as the pumpers here are helping him scam..but of course this will never fall below .001 into trips again..lol..give it two more weeks
