Some people who have followed this for years can see many reasons why press releases and updates are not given on a certain timetable. But It is hard to say things because everyone twists things around here.

Attorneys talked to the SEC a few months ago. Perhaps they warned the company not to do promotion of any kind that would unduly influence share price before a plan was in place which can ruin the chances of things hatching the right way if things got suspended.

When people move from a location to another they sometimes have to wrap things up in a location etc etc..

When something big is very close it might make sense to not fn ruin it.

Tons of reasons why certain things are not said.

But just like you and everyone else people pushed for some kind of letter but my feeling is that thing are getting close and perhaps he can add more to what would have been a very general letter.

What I do know for sure is that Dan is working around the clock to make this happen. And that many people who own stock in his company or who have worked with him or know him from the past circled around to help as well . It could be all these resources will aid Dan now and going forward.

If he can get these first steps done we are going to bring the rain and it will be like a monsoon! And you can take that one to the bank.

I have talked to project finance guys, the people that know the people at WorldWater, shareholders and other business owners who are super positive here.

Nothing is a slam dunk but like I said with the amount of effort going in here I am betting on success. But with small money as high risk situations are not good for massive amounts of money , as you are playing the multiple game where if it works it goes up many multiples of the price.

Just hang in there a bit longer or sell if you feel your due diligence makes you want to sell. But stay on top of it to jump back in if your feelings change.
