My opinion as to why the big selloff is that we “missed expectations”. Analysts expected a 13c loss and we had a 19c/share loss. First PR across the wire from the AP states “MONMOUTH JUNCTION, N.J. (AP) _ CytoSorbents Corp. (CTSO) on Thursday reported a loss of $5.8 million in its second quarter.

The Monmouth Junction, New Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 19 cents per share.

The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 13 cents per share.”
