How do you know the current OS count since they never filed anything over two years? Based on 10,000,000,000 or 10B shares of Giant AS and giant amount (Billions) of shares dumped at 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 we can safely say the current OS is 5B ~ 3B shares!

Anyway when will the SEC/FINRA suspend this Giant Diluting machine to protect all the innocent OTC investors from losing millions of dollars?

Even selling at the Lowest-Possible price the crap CEO and those CD debts holders could easily steal $1M or $1,000,000 from the innocent investor by diluting 10B shares at $0.0001!
